boosting.tech builds and maintains custom software from Campos dos Goytacazes, in the north of Rio de Janeiro state. After the first version, we keep following each system in production and evolving it with the client's operation.

Where our experience comes from

Many of the systems we build serve ports, vessels and industry, which drive the economy of northern Rio de Janeiro state and the Campos Basin, Brazil's main offshore oil region. Those projects taught us what software has to withstand when the user is on a quay, on a deck or at a gatehouse.

That lesson later served very different projects, such as scholarship management for a foundation and a health app. The sector changes, but the work is similar. Understand the process with the people who carry it out, put the first version into use early and stay close while the operation changes.

The oldest system we maintain has been in continuous evolution since 2019 and has grown with the client's operation. Knowing a company's routine for years helps us decide what to change without breaking what already works. We prefer long relationships to projects delivered and forgotten.

How we work

Operators take part: Process mapping includes the people who will use the system every day, as well as those who decide on hiring.
First version early: We put the part that hurts most into use first, instead of waiting for the whole system.
Transparency in the process: You follow what is being done in each cycle and set the priorities for the next.
Long-term relationship: After go-live we keep fixing, measuring and evolving the system. Each new cycle starts from what we learned from real use.
