boosting.tech builds and maintains custom software from Campos dos Goytacazes, in the north of Rio de Janeiro state, the region that supplies the offshore operations of the Campos Basin.

Where our experience comes from

Many of the systems we build serve ports, vessels and industry, which are the base of the region's economy. Those projects taught us what software has to withstand when the user is on a quay, on a deck or at a gatehouse.

That lesson later served very different projects, such as scholarship management for a foundation and a health app. The sector changes, but the work is similar. Understand the process with the people who carry it out, put the first version into use early and stay close while the operation changes.

Some of our systems have been in continuous evolution for more than six years. We prefer long relationships to projects delivered and forgotten.

How we work

Operators take part: Process mapping includes the people who will use the system every day, as well as those who decide on hiring.
